Vacant land: The NT has no first home buyer stamp duty concession for vacant land. Normal duty applies.
House and Land Package Exemption: Full exemption with no value cap for a new detached house-and-land package bought from a building contractor in one transaction, contract signed 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2027. At least one buyer must live in it within 12 months of completion for 6 continuous months. Not limited to first home buyers.
